Troy Davis Execution

In order to ease confusion over the Davis execution let me assure you of the definitive complexities required to prosecute such a case. You would be amazed what it takes just to prosecute a non capital crime successfully. Because 2 witnesses are now not sure what they witnessed over 20 years ago but the vast majority still remember seeing Davis pistol whip a homeless man then shoot a police officer when he came to his aid does NOT raise question of guilt.
